|Recommended: YesReview for Maintenance — New maintenance employee Kenny was polite, friendly and got maintenance issues resolved in a timely manner. Very communicative about what the issue was and resolutions to fix things. Monica and Liz are always very clear and timely about communicating and addressing wear and tear maintenance issues and doing the best the can to ensure friendly and safe living environment. One thing i like about living here are the property management and employees.

They were and still are very welcoming. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be more happy. Thank you so much for the amazing home.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I was hesitant to move into an apartment community based on horror stories and my own experience as a child. Having to move from Ct to IL in a short period of time, we did not have luxury to look at places. We found the Hamptons and rolled the dice I'm so glad we did The grounds are kept clean, the neighbors are respectful and maintenance always response in a timely fashion should we ever need them. I highly recommend living here

|Recommended: YesMaintenance and office staff — Brandon was amazing so ac broke for second time during a heat wave. He came over and fixed it and follow up with me about. They have great maintenance staff that always follows up with me when something breaks in my apartment. Also, Lyndsay who works in the office is truly great of following up and answering questions for me regarding my apartment or passing messages along to other staff that’s needed. She is truly amazing to work with.
