|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I was hesitant to move into an apartment community based on horror stories and my own experience as a child. Having to move from Ct to IL in a short period of time, we did not have luxury to look at places. We found the Hamptons and rolled the dice I'm so glad we did The grounds are kept clean, the neighbors are respectful and maintenance always response in a timely fashion should we ever need them. I highly recommend living here

|Recommended: YesGood Place — This is a good place to live, quiet and clean. The one issue I have is they stress cleaning up after your dogs and I've seen multiple areas where there are piles from dogs. Accountability is lacking in that field. Other then that the actual apartment was clean and spacious.
|Recommended: YesOverall A Great Place — There are cosmetic issues, broken shutters, rusty doors, moss on the siding but that is all non- important as far as I'm concerned. Staff responds quickly to issues and is always kind. I really like living here.

Maintenance request in a timely manner. The bathroom shower was not putting out hot water all the time. Brandon and Randy did a fantastic job fixing the bathroom show works.

|Recommended: YesHampton Courtyard Rental Agents Maintainence — I’ve been living at Hamptons since 2006 . Lindsay Christine are really good at what they do . A couple of fine rental agents for sure.. They are both very friendly helpful in any situation that may come up. Also , making a lease signing quick smooth process for the renter . Maintenance also deserves their credit. They get to a job in a timely manner, give the renter unit the TLC that’s needed . Thank you all Happy Holidays

|Recommended: YesLiving in the lap of luxury — I moved in 2017. I had a great time here. I moved out after my lease was over. Then in 2022 MOVED BACK in. The staff was great She was there all the way to help. And the maintenance staff is excellent. Keep up the good work. So, if you like to complain about your life or you are a bad person. Don't move in. I have great respect for my neighbors. Quit and nice. This is a GREAT PLACE in Rockford Illinois to live. SO, Family Life to raise your kids in a safe place THE HAMPTON of Rockford is the place. Mike.

|Recommended: YesMaintenance and office staff — Brandon was amazing so ac broke for second time during a heat wave. He came over and fixed it and follow up with me about. They have great maintenance staff that always follows up with me when something breaks in my apartment. Also, Lyndsay who works in the office is truly great of following up and answering questions for me regarding my apartment or passing messages along to other staff that’s needed. She is truly amazing to work with.
